Amenity Access

Amenity Mobile Pass 
Residents are required to adhere to the community's general policies and procedures when using the amenities available. Abuse of these policies and procedures may result in the deactivation of all household mobile passes.
 
An active access card is required for entry to all amenities. Solterra South access cards are digital and now available.
 
Important Information 
 
A signed waiver is required for all individuals who enter the facilities. For households needing multiple mobile passes, a pool waiver must be signed for each mobile pass. Mobile passholders must be at least 16 years of age to request a mobile pass. 
  
Residents under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older to access the amenities. In addition, residents must be at least 18 years of age to bring a guest(s) to the amenities.

Click here to complete your amenity waiver. Once you complete the waiver, you will need to confirm your email address (the team cannot process your credentials if you have not confirmed your email address).
 
The Association team processes the mobile credentials within one business day of the completed waivers. If the waiver is submitted after hours on Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday, the team will process the mobile credentials on the next business day.
 
While you wait for your mobile credentials, please ensure that you download the Alarm.com app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android. DO NOT CREATE A LOGIN. 
 
Next Steps
 
1. Once the Association team processes your waivers, each user will receive an email from Alarm.com (link expires after 24 hours).
2. Click on the invitation link in your text, and the link will direct you to the alarm.com mobile app.
3. Once the mobile app loads, select Enable Bluetooth.
4. The mobile pass will populate on the home screen of the Alarm.com  mobile app (no login credentials are required).
5. Once you see the badge below, you have amenity access.
 
                           
 
6. After you have received the above access card, you may now create a login with the Alarm.com app.  The access card will be in your wallet within the app.
